Characteristics of disasters in April
1.High frequency and intensity of earthquakes,
serious casualties and significant losses.
2.The threat of spring waterlogging in Northeast China is significant,
and the local drought in Southwest and Northwest China continues.
3.Outstanding low-temperature and freezing damage in the north,
frequent wind and hail disasters in the south.
4.Geological disasters have caused heavy casualties and increased prevalence of wild animals.
