Cyclones are also the main weather systems that cause regional rainstorms in northeast China , it may occurred at all seasons . It can be divided into Mongolia cyclone ,the north-china cyclone and Jianghuai cyclone three types according to the source . The former is called the northern cyclone, and the latter two are called southern cyclones .The causes of the heavy rain in the northeast China except typhoon , the southern cyclone affected the second place .
Mongolia cyclone
Mongolia cyclone is a cyclone in the range of 100°~123°E、42°~50°N , including Mongolia cyclone and Inner Mongolia cyclone . Because the source of the Mongolia cyclone is far north , the path is mainly western . So the water vapor is not abundant . If there is a lack of favorable atmospheric circulation . Its rainstorm duration is short and the coverage area is relatively small .
Mongolian cyclones are most in spring and autumn . Each frequency is 39% and 28% , when summer is 17% , and winter just 16% , the weather is mostly high winds and showery participation .
Mongolian cyclones can be classified into five small classes . Among them , Mongolian class one , two , and five are not very influential in the northeast region . Usually only with small to moderate rain . When Mongolian class three move east through the central region of the northeast , or when Mongolian class four move to the east there was cold eddy in the air,It turned into northeast cold vortex . The two conditions can produce heavy rain and local heavy rain.
The north-china cyclone
The north-china cyclone is a cyclone in the range of 100°~123°E、35°N~42°N . This type of cyclone including Hetao cyclones, bohai cyclones and Yellow River cyclones . North China cyclone is the largest rainfall and most widely and the most frequent precipitation system which influence the northeast China in all of the cyclone torrential rain . It mostly occur in summer . It occurs on average 1.6 times in July and almost in Jilin province, and liaoning province . Especially there are heavy rain and excessively heavy rain in the east of the two provinces .
The north-china cyclone can be divided into three classes according to its path . Except the north-china cyclone one influence the west of northeast china and has less rainfall . The north-china cyclone two and three influence central and southeastern regions of northeast China . And both of them can produce large scale and high intensity precipitation weather process.
Jianghuai cyclone
Jianghuai cyclone is a cyclone in the range of 100°~123°E、25°N~35°N , it is the most southerly type of cyclone affecting the northeast China . There are fewer rainstorms than Mongolia cyclone and the north-china cyclone . But the intensity is large, and develops rapidly, often causes more serious flood disaster . This type of cyclone most influences in summer and less in spring and autumn .
Jianghuai cyclone can be divided into four small classes . Except Jianghuai cyclone one influence the northwest of the northeast China and usually produce small to moderate rain . Jianghuai cyclone two , three and four all influence the central and south-eastern parts of the northeast China , causing heavy rainfall.
According to the information from 1956 to 1980 these 25 years shows that the influences of all types of cyclones to Heilongjiang province, Jilin province and Liaoning province are different . The north-china cyclone and Mongolian cyclone are the highest cyclone that most influence regional rainstorm in Heilongjiang province , 78 percent of all types of cyclones ; . The north-china cyclone and Jianghuai cyclone are the highest cyclone that most influence regional rainstorm in Jilin province , accounted for 76% ;and the north-china cyclone take the most advantage in all of the cyclones that most influence regional rainstorm in Liaoning province ,accounted for 51% .
