It mainly occurred in the big and small Ling river, the lower reaches of Yalu river and the coastal zone of Liaodong peninsula , these places not only has good thermal conditions on the ground , but also has a steady flow of water vapor from the ocean which can sustain prolonged rainfall .
The area of maximum rainfall of the period in three hours generally 50 to 600 square kilometers , the area of maximum rainfall of the period more than three hours is fifty to a hundred thousands square kilometers .
