Blizzard blue warning

Criteria: snowfall will be more than four mm within 12 hours, or has been more than four mm and continued snowing, and may have an impact on transportation or farming.

2.Departments of transportation, railways, electricity and communications should strengthen the inspection and maintenance of roads, railways and routes, and do a good job in road cleaning and snow melting;
3.Reduce unnecessary outdoor activities;
4.Strengthen temporary structures such as scaffolding, which are vulnerable to snow pressure, and drive outdoor livestock into the shed for feeding.
Blizzard red warning

Criteria: snowfall will be more than 15 mm within six hours, or has been more than 15 mm and continued snowing, and may have or has already had a big impact on transport or farming.
Defense guidelines:
1.The government and relevant departments shall do a good job in emergency respond and rescue for snow disaster prevention and frost damage prevention according to their duties;
2.Suspend classes and business operations (except for special industries) if necessary;
3.If necessary, planes should put off taking off and landing, trains should suspended and close highways temporarily;
4.Carry out relief work in pastoral areas.
