Thunder and lightning orange warning signal

Criteria: the possibility of the occurrence of thunder and lightning activities within two hours is high, or it has been affected by thunder and lightning activities and may continue happening in which condition the possibility of the occurrence of lighting hazards is relatively high.
Defense guidelines:
1.The government and relevant departments shall implement emergency protection for thunder and lightning activities according to their responsibilities;
2.The personnel shall stay indoors and keep the doors and windows closed;
3.Outdoor personnel shall hide in buildings or cars with lightning protection facilities;
4.Cut off the dangerous power supply, and do not shelter from rain under the trees, the telegraph poles or the tower cranes;
5.Do not use an umbrella in the open field. Do not carry farm tools, badminton rackets, golf clubs on your shoulders.
Thunder and lightning red warning signal

Criteria: the possibility of the occurrence of thunder and lightning activities within two hours is high, or it has been affected by thunder and lightning activities and may continue happening in which condition the possibility of the occurrence of lighting hazards is relatively high.
Defense guidelines:
1.The government and relevant departments shall do a good job in lightning protection and emergency rescue according to their duties;
2.Personnel shall try their best to hide in buildings or cars with lightning protection facilities, and close doors and windows;
3.Keep away from antennas, water pipes, barbed wire, metal doors and windows, external walls of buildings, electric equipment such as electric wires and other similar metal devices;
4.Try not to use TV, telephone and other electrical appliances without or with incomplete lightning protection devices;
5.Pay close attention to the release of the warning information of lightning.
