UNESCO released a disaster science popularizing video on the International Day for Disaster Reduction, 13 October, 2020. Disaster Risk Reduction Knowledge Service of IKCEST(IKCEST-DRRKS) provided subtitle translation support from English to Chinese of the Video.
UNESCO supports countries to build more resilient societies through the implementation of the Sendai Framework for Disaster Risk Reduction 2015-2030 and the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.
