Heavy rainstorm: over 100mm but less than 250mm rainfall within 24 hours.
Very heavy rainstorm: over 250mm rainfall within 24 hours.
Fog refers to the weather phenomenon where water vapor condenses into small droplets in the air above the ground and affects horizontal visibility. It mainly has three levels:
Mist: over 1km but less than 10km in horizontal visibility.
Heavy fog: over 200m but less than 1km in horizontal visibility.
Smog fog: less than 200m in horizontal visibility.
