The evaluation of urban natural disaster emergency capability is a necessary part of the emergency management of urban natural disaster. As an important means of testing and evaluating the prevention and response to natural disasters, it plays an important role in the implementation of emergency management and disposal of natural disasters. Through emergency capability assessment, we can affirm whether cities are equipped with the ability and conditions to deal with risks, and contributes to the cities to find theirs advantages and disadvantages, and thus complement each other, and effectively improve their natural disaster emergency capability.
