China's big data market is estimated to expand by 38% year on year to RMB 11.59 billion in 2015, according to the 2015 China Big Data Development Report released by China Academy of Telecommunication Research. The report predicted the market will continue to grow by about 40% a year from 2016 to 2018, as some successful applications will exert impact and help the market grow further.
