During the 16th to 18th , and 10th typhoon shift northeast at the East China Sea , after landing in Yueqing, Zhejiang province ,it reached the inland region of north China , at the same time , the western pacific subtropical high had also moved into west and north , the center reached 136°E、30°N . A strong low - air current in typhoon right front (above 20 meters per second) arrived at the Bohai Sea , forming a warm front at first , combining with the cold front in front of the low chute in north China , generating Bohai cyclone and moved northwest , that has moved to the northern Liaoning province in 19th .
