General plan for recovery and reconstruction of Zhouqu Earthquake

Introduction:

For scientific, law, Orderly and effective promotion of recovery and reconstruction after disaster work, in accordance with the regulations for the prevention and control of geological disasters, the opinions of the State Council on policies and measures to support the recovery and reconstruction of the Zhouqu Earthquake, based on the assessment of disaster area and loss, the comprehensive evaluation of resource and environment carrying capacity, the damage identification of buildings and the study of urban and rural layout, the State Council formulated this plan through scientific evaluation, expert demonstration and extensive solicitation of various opinions.
