At the same time, we should do well in disaster report, including all the information of the disaster such as time, location, site casualty or loss, etc. What's more, we could ask for emergency rescue briefing the briefs in the surrounding area. It is important to calm down and be concise and comprehensive when reporting the information of disaster. The party and the government have always attached great importance to the national disaster reduction and mitigation. The State Council has also issued relevant regulations such as Meteorological Disaster Prevention Ordinance and Natural Disaster Relief Ordinance, so as to further improve our emergency system for disaster prevention and reduction.
On the one hand, all regulatory departments which execute each function should strengthen the work of prevention and early warning of natural disasters. On the other hand, after the natural disasters having happened, the State Council, the National Disaster Reduction Committee and the Ministry of civil affairs and other departments should immediately start disaster emergency response and post disaster reconstruction work according to the disaster assessment. The major landslides on 28, June in Guanling, Guizhou province, and the debris flow in Zhouqu, Gansu province, which took place in 2010, demonstrate the rapid emergency mechanism for disaster management in China.
