Hazardous chemicals, civil explosives and fireworks: production, operation, storage, use, disposal units of hazardous chemicals, civil explosives and fireworks within 3 kilometers of the city and its surrounding areas, vehicles, ships, etc. for transporting dangerous goods;

Urban industrial pipelines: pipelines for transporting gas and other chemical products, as well as underground trenches, channels and underground works that are threatened by leakage and penetration of hazardous chemicals in urban industrial pipelines;

Urban gas facilities: urban gas gate station, gasification station, gas mixing station, filling station, supply station, pressure regulating station, storage and distribution station, municipal gas supply pipe network, gas filling station, etc.;

Special equipment: boilers, pressure vessels (including various gas cylinders), pressure pipes, elevators, hoisting machinery, passenger ropeways, large amusement facilities and motor vehicles in the field (factory), etc.;

Construction and operation management of construction projects: construction sites such as urban buildings, tunnels, bridges, civil air defense projects, and urban public transportation;
