The second Songhua River joints Neng River near Sancha River in Fuyao County, where is the start of the main stream of Songhua River. From this place, the river goes eastward through Zhaoyuan, Haerbing, Bin County, Tong River, Yilan, Jiamusi, Suibin, Fujin, and Tongjing etc. counties and finally joints into the Heilong River. The total length is 939 km, the area of collecting water is 18,640,000. Most of the drainage basin of the river is located in the Heilongjiang Province and the economic in this area developed well. This area is also the main grain producing areas.
Below are the distribution and situation of the flood in Ha'erbin station which controlling the upper stream of the Songhua River and Jiamusi station which controlling the middle stream of the Songhua River.
