We will strengthen the emergency management and safeguard the legitimate rights of the citizen according to the relevant laws and administrative regulations so that the work of dealing with public emergencies can be standardized, institutionalized and legalized.

We will strengthen the construction of a contingent management team that focus on territorial, establish a coordinated system so that we can fully mobilize and play the role of townships, communities, enterprises and institutions, social organizations and volunteer teams. And finally, we will rely on the public strength to form a functional, coordinated and efficient emergency management mechanism that under the unified command.

Rely on science and improve the quality

We will strengthen the scientific research and technological development on public security, adopt advanced monitoring, forecasting, warning, prevention and emergency disposal technology and facilities, give full play to the role of the experts and professionals, improve the scientific level and command ability to deal with public emergencies, avoid the derivative events and also, strengthen emergency publicity and education work to impress the public’s awareness of preventing and responding to various public emergencies.
