Xiushuihe River, one of the main streams of Liaohe River, locates mainly in Liaoning Province, meeting Liaohe River in Xinmin City. It originates from southwest Kangping county, Liaoning Province, lying on the west of Faku county. The communities on both sides of Xiushui River influnced and changed the environment here.
Raoyang River, originates from the Mount Chahaer in Liaoning Province, flowing south-eastward through various counties(Xinmin, Heishan, Liaozhong, Taian, etc.), flowing into Panshan county at the rear of Gaosheng county and meet Liao River(Shuangtaizi River) after flowing through Dahuang, Hujia, Taiping, Xinsheng, Yangjuanzi, Dongguo. It is 290 km long. In Panjin City, it has an area of 868 square km and a length of 71 km.
