After falling into the water, quickly approach to rescue boats and swim to the stern of the rubber raft instead of two sides. Put one leg first, and then rolling roll over into it. If you can’t find the ship temporarily, you should drift along the direction of water flow and don't do useless struggles. If you find the reefs, you can go to the reef for help and then seek opportunities and send out a distress signal with bright objects.
If you can't find a flotage for clinging, take free floating method to keep the heat and energy and wait for help.
When you are floating, make your legs close together, curle hands to chests, cling elbows to your body and fold your hands before the lifejacket. Don't swim as far as possible and try to make your head and neck go out of the water surface. If there are many people, form a circle together. It is not only advantageous to the heat preservation but also increase the target, which can make yourselve discovered easily by the rescue workers.
