According to the theory of public health emergencies, Wang Wenjuan defined the connotation of government emergency response capability of public health emergencies and put forward its influential factors. Based on the case analysis of several major public health emergencies, she filtered and refined the index system and put forward the evaluation index system of government public health emergency capability , including 4 primary indicators: resource guarantee, resource distribution, risk handling and aftermath processing. In the evaluation method, she used AHP to assign the index weights, and carried out a comprehensive assessment of the government's emergency capability by positive research.
