Opinions of the State Council on policies and measures to support the recovery and reconstruction of the Zhouqu Earthquake

Introduction:

On October 18, 2011, the State Council promulgated the opinions on policies and measures to support the recovery and reconstruction of the Zhouqu Earthquake and co-ordinate and guide all aspects of power, and through the implementation of a series of policies and measures such as finance, taxation, finance, education and employment to support and help Zhouqu disaster recovery and reconstruction.
