1.More rain in early spring and lower temperature in autumn affect production and life
In spring, the average precipitation of the whole province is 111.3 mm, nearly 40% more than that of the same period of the year, ranking the sixth in history since 1961; compared with the same period of previous years, most of Yichun, some areas of Songnen Plain and the west of Sanjiang Plain are more than 50%, and Huachuan, Tangyuan, Yilan and Fangzheng are more than twice as much. In autumn, the average temperature of the whole province is 4.2 ℃, which is 0.6 ℃ lower than that of the whole year, and it is more than 1 ℃ lower in most parts of Daxinganling, Heihe City and Xunke.
