Characteristics of disasters in February
1.The early disaster is relatively mild compared to the same period of the year, and the drought situation in the southwest and north is relatively prominent
2.Frequent seismic activity above level 4, with heavy casualties due to geological disasters.
3.Local areas in the south are affected by snow disasters, which have a significant impact on transportation.
4.The sea ice is coming fiercely and easing slowly, and the forest fire situation is stable.
