The online map of China's territory is derived from the atlas of China National Geographic Map, prepared by the Editorial Committee of China National Geographic Map and published by China Encyclopedia Press in November 2011. The scale in the map is 1: 45000000.
The picture shows that China is located in the middle latitudes of the northern hemisphere, in the southeast of the Eurasian continent, and on the west coast of the Pacific Ocean. The southeast faces the ocean and the northwest extends inland. It is a country with both land and sea. It is about 5500km from the north to the south. The west end starts from Pamirs Plateau, and the east end ends at the confluence of Heilongjiang and Wusuli River, about 5200km away from the east to the West.
