Introduction
The Youth Innovation Promotion Association of Chinese Academy of Sciences established the Youth Innovation Promotion Association, which was established in June 2011, which is an innovative measure taken by the Chinese Academy of Sciences to comprehensively train young scientific and technological talents under the age of 35, through effective organization and support, unite and unite the young scientific and technological workers of the whole academy, broaden their academic horizons, promote mutual exchanges and interdisciplinary, enhance the ability to organize scientific research activities, and train a new generation of academic and technological leaders.
