Ruodan Zhuang received the bachelor’s degree in hydrology and water resources engineering from Jilin University, Changchun, China, in 2015, and the M.Sc. degree in water resources and environmental management from the ITC Faculty of Geo-Information Science and Earth Observation, University of Twente, Enschede, The Netherlands, in 2018. She is pursuing the Ph.D. degree with the University of Basilicata (DiCEM), Matera, Italy, with the research topic on the use of unmanned aerial systems for soil moisture monitoring.
