Rapid Assessment of Building Damage Triggered by Earthquakes

Abstract:

In this lecture, we will introduce two kinds way to rapidly assess building damage triggered by earthquakes, i.e., predict building damage using ground movement parameters, and identify the change of buildings using pre- and post-the-event information, e.g., remote sensing images.
