Introduction
The International Cooperative Research Center for Disaster Risk Reduction (ICCR-DRR) is an international cooperative research center established by Beijing Normal University, the Ministry of Civil Affairs and the Institute of Disaster Reduction and Emergency Management of the Ministry of Education. Relying on the Asian Community Comprehensive Disaster Reduction Cooperation Project (Phase II), the center was officially established in December 2015.
