Based on the global public data, a variety of machine learning models of runoff depth and topography, climate, soil and land use are established, the simulation accuracy and effectiveness of different models are evaluated, and the optimal model is selected for runoff depth estimation. Finally, the optimal model is used to estimate and generate the runoff depth distribution in the affected areas, and the runoff coefficient distribution is calculated according to the precipitation distribution data in 2023.
