Introduction
India Disaster Management Bureau and planning of the main goal is to strengthen community disaster prevention training infrastructure development and construction work; strengthen the 240 communities especially the 140 most vulnerable community volunteers in disaster prevention training work; ensure the community volunteer in disaster prevention training plan is complete, equipped with complete facilities for disaster prevention, mitigation and community level disaster management activities; through the national civil defense training institutions, the formation of skilled personnel training; develop community disaster prevention strategy is better than the contents of the national disaster management strategy; through the media and regional forum, raising the public awareness of disaster prevention and defense work in national disaster reduction and disaster management work status.
