Introduction to the national emblem : Like the national flag, the national emblem of Liberia has a long history, the basic pattern is an oval emblem divided by sky blue, sea blue and grass green. On the light blue Atlantic Ocean, a full of sails, loaded with freedom slaves, returned to the land of their ancestors. Half a round of rising sun rises above the sea, and the sky drops a huge golden curtain, which indicates that this emerging country has a bright future. From the deep blue, a dove carrying a peace document came to spread the gospel to the earth. Green land grows a tall coconut tree, representing the tropical rain forest of Western Sahara. The tools under the trees show that agriculture is the foundation of Liberia. There is a ribbon on the top and bottom of the coat of arms, with the words "We came here because we love freedom" and "Republic of Liberia".
