Introduction to the national emblem : The history of the national emblem of Denmark can be traced back to the 12th century. Its central design is a gold and yellow coat of arms, on which are painted three blue lions with red tongues and crowns and nine bloody chicken hearts, they symbolize the throne of the ancient German rulers of Denmark.

Brief Introduction

The kingdom of Denmark (Danish: Kongeriget Danmark), referred to as Denmark, is one of the five Nordic countries. It is a constitutional monarchy with two autonomous territories, one is the Faroe Islands, the other is Greenland. The mainland of Denmark includes Jutland, Fein Island, Zealand and nearby islands. It faces Sweden and Norway across the North Sea and the Baltic Sea in the north, and Germany in the south. Copenhagen is the capital and the largest city.

In June 1397, Kalmar alliance was established with Sweden and Norway, and became the leader of the alliance, the first national flag in the world was the Danish flag born in 1219, known as "the power of Danes".

Denmark is a highly developed capitalist country with perfect social welfare system and high quality of life, which is also a member of EU and one of the founders of NATO.
