Introduction to the national emblem : The national emblem of Kenya, formulated in 1963, is centered on a fusiform shield emblem with the same color as the national flag, a golden lion on both sides, one holding a spear and the other supporting the shield emblem. The white rooster with an axe in the back center is the emblem of Kenya's African National Union.

Brief Introduction

Kenya is located in the east of Africa, the equator runs through the central part, and the East African Rift Valley runs through the north and south. It is adjacent to Somalia in the East, Tanzania in the south, Uganda in the west, Ethiopia and South Sudan in the north, and the Indian Ocean in the southeast, with a coastline of 536 km. 18% of the land area is arable land, and the rest is mainly suitable for animal husbandry.

The whole area is located in the tropical monsoon area, but affected by its high terrain, it is a tropical grassland climate, and the precipitation season varies greatly, the highest temperature is 22-26 ℃ and the lowest is 10-14 ℃.

Kenya is one of the birthplaces of human beings, human skull fossils about 2.5 million years ago were unearthed in Kenya, in the 7th century, some commercial cities were formed along the southeast coast of Africa, Arabs began to do business and settle here.

Kenya is a potential market, the Kenyan government has listed energy, infrastructure and construction, agriculture, manufacturing, mining, tourism, wholesale and retail, financial services and information industry as key development areas in the 2030 long-term plan.

On October 28, 2015, the 70th session of the United Nations General Assembly re-elected a member of the United Nations Human Rights Council, and Kenya was successfully elected for a term from 2016 to 2018.
