Tianjin, one of the municipalities of the People's Republic of China. Tianjin is one of a national central cities and the first coastal open cities. Tianjin borders Hebei Province and Beijing Municipality, bounded to the east by the Bohai Gulf portion of the Yellow Sea. Part of the Bohai Economic Rim, it is the largest coastal city in northern China. Tianjin is the host city of the Summer Davos Forum.

December 12, 2014, China (Tianjin) free trade zone was set up located in Binhai New Area of Binhai district in Tianjin. April 21, 2015, China (Tianjin) free trade zone was officially listed, it was the first free trade zone in northern China.
