Introduction:
According to the thirteenth and sixteenth meetings of the General Headquarters of the State Council on Earthquake Disaster Relief, the post-disaster reconstruction work must be planned as soon as possible, unified deployment, and the spirit of the instructions should be carried out in a timely and effective manner. For the effective and orderly organization of all aspects of the ability to do post-disaster reconstruction planning work, the work plan is formulated, which specifies the main tasks, responsibilities and time requirements of the planning work.
