Improve the comprehensive ability of government to control risk

It requires risk management legislation and a sense of responsibility to improve the government’s risk management if we want to improve the comprehensive ability of government to deal with risk.

First, we need to implement risk management legislation, determine the responsibility and authority of risk management between all levels of government and related people;confirm the juridical status of organization, facility and investment related to the risk management.

And then in order to improve the government’s responsibility of implementing risk management, we need to ensure that information is public and the government’s risk management behavior is subject to the necessary supervision; ensure the diversity of risk information; ensure that there are ways for ordinary people to provide information about risk sources to government and increase the government’s accountability.
