The Republic of Zimbabwe, formerly known as Rhodesia (before 1980), is a land locked country in southeast Africa and became independent on April 18, 1980.
Zimbabwe has experienced serious inflation, but since 2009, it has been stable after replacing its currency with the US dollar and the Rand.

The eastern border is mountainous, and the others belong to three-level stepped plateau, with an altitude of 800-1500 meters. The highest point is 2592 meters. The northern part belongs to the Zambezi River Basin, and the southern part belongs to the Limpopo and Sabie River basins.
The climate of the large part of the tropical grassland is 22 ℃ per year, the highest temperature in October is 32 ℃, and the lowest temperature in July is about 13-17 ℃. The annual precipitation increased from southwest to northeast, from 300 mm to 1250mm.
