According to the Guizhou Provincial Department of civil affairs report, more than 2000 people in the Yilao and Miao Autonomous County of Wuchuan Suiyang County, Zunyi City were affected, nearly 100 people need emergency relief life; crops affected area of 100 hectares; direct economic losses of nearly 600 thousand yuan.

According to the Yunnan Provincial Department of civil affairs report, Honghe Hani and Yi Autonomous Prefecture, Qujing City, Kaiyuan city, Shizong county and Luoping County, 15 thousand people were affected, the death of 1 people; crops affected area of 1 thousand and 500 hectares, of which more than 500 hectares of crops; the direct economic loss of more than 1500 yuan.
