He is currently the project director of NOAA's "China-Ranet Project Office of Global Program" and the project leader of NCAR's "NCAR Director Special Award". In April 1999, he went to the American Atmospheric Science Research Center. He was the director of the East Asian Regional Research Center of the Institute of Atmospheric Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, director of Scientific Research and director of the Center for Atmospheric Science Development and Application.
Achievement
His research in satellite climatology provides the basis for improving the estimated energy balance of Earth's radiation. Climate assessment of economic and social impact of the global changes in China's national security impact of the views and research. He published 14 papers, which were included in the SCI 3, EI included 2 articles.
