Abstract
Water conservancy is the lifeblood of agriculture. From the actual production situation in Inner Mongolia, the precipitation situation is indeed an important factor affecting the production of agriculture and animal husbandry in this area. Inner Mongolia is a vast country with abundant land resources, but it is located in the hinterland of Asia, away from the sea, and the climate is dry. Most of them are dry and semi-dry areas. Dry and early rain shortages are the key factors restricting the development of agriculture and animal husbandry in our region.
