He studied and graduated from the Department of Geophysics of Peking University from 1957 to 1963. He studied and graduated from the Graduate School of the Chinese Academy of Sciences from 1963 to 1967. Achievement
Ding Yihui has participated in and presided over major national and departmental research and research projects, made important contributions to the development of China's meteorological business, and made many important research results in climate change, the Asian monsoon and China's severe weather. . Make important contributions in many international activities and organizations, participate in and host the preparation of IPCC first, second, third and fourth climate change assessment reports. He led the leadership and participated in the construction of the National Climate Center. After 7 years of hard work, the National Climate Center has been established as an important climate prediction and research institution at home and abroad.
