Introduction

Topics and emotions associated with the pandemic events spread and evolved quickly causing societal psychological changes and mood swings.

Using public opinion analysis to understand the concerns, desires and moods of the public is an important foundation for emergency response strategy formulating and adjustment. It plays a significant scientific role in formulating precise and differentiated strategies for all or key areas.
